My Passion for food started with breakfast when I was very young. The sounds of bacon sizzling in a pan, smell of pancakes cooking, and homemade cinnamon rolls baking. Seeing the steam rising from my mom’s coffee mug. Wow!! I always loved waking up with those smells and sounds. Matter of fact the first thing I ever made was breakfast for my mom. I always felt that breakfast was a fresh start to my day. That no matter what happened yesterday today was going to be good cause I had breakfast. My idea for OliBea is simple: to bring you the best local/fresh ingredients as I can without killing your pocket. A place for you to come every day and have a chef-driven breakfast.
